Luggage Rental Service

1. Introduction

By using our luggage rental service, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. We recommend taking a moment to read through them carefully for a smooth experience.

2. Eligibility

Our rental service is available to individuals aged 18 and above who are able to enter into a legally binding agreement. By renting with us, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Rental Period

The rental period starts from the moment you collect your luggage and ends when you return it. The rental period is clearly stated on your reservation and may be extended if requested, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Rental Fees, Deposits and Payment

  • Rental fees are based on the selected rental period.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • A refundable deposit of SGD 50 will be collected upon handover of the luggage to help ensure it is returned in good condition. This deposit will be fully refunded upon return, provided the luggage is returned in acceptable condition, without damage or missing parts.
  • Where applicable, additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or loss.

5. Late Returns

  • If you require a little more time, please let us know in advance and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
  • If the luggage is not booked by another customer, we’re happy to allow a short extension without additional charges. However, if there is a confirmed booking, we may need to arrange for the luggage to be returned or collected on time to ensure a smooth experience for the next customer.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • To help us manage bookings smoothly, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • As bookings are reserved specifically for your rental period, early returns are not eligible for refunds.

7. Liability

  • While we take great care to ensure our luggage is in good condition, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings stored inside the luggage.
  • We are also not liable for any indirect or unforeseen issues arising from the use, or inability to use, our service.
  • That said, if any damage or fault occurs due to circumstances beyond your control such as third-party handling or inherent material issues, we’ll review the situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards a fair and reasonable solution.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is protected in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect and store your data only for the purpose of processing your rental and providing you with customer support.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update our terms from time to time to better serve our customers. Any changes will be published on our website, and the updated terms will apply to all future rentals.
