Luggage Rental Service

1. Introduction

By using our luggage rental service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read through them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To rent luggage from us, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By renting our luggage, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Rental Period

The rental period starts from the moment you collect your luggage and ends when you return it. The rental period is clearly stated on your reservation and may be extended if requested, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Rental Fees, Deposits and Payment

  • Rental fees are charged based on the rental period you select.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • A deposit is required at the time of rental to ensure the return of the luggage in acceptable condition.
  • The deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the luggage, provided it is returned in acceptable condition, without any damage or missing parts.
  • Any additional fees for late returns, damage, or loss is chargeable.

5. Late Returns

  • Please let us know in advance if you need an extension on your rental.
  • A late fee will apply if the luggage is not returned by the agreed-upon time. The late fee will be higher than the daily rental rate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund, otherwise cancellation fee will be incurred
  • No refunds for early returns.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items stored inside the rented luggage.
  • We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
  • If the damage or fault is caused by circumstances beyond the consumer’s control, such as mishandling by a third party or inherent material flaws, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate course of action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is protected in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect and store your data only for the purpose of processing your rental and providing you with customer support.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will apply to all future rentals.
