How does the rental period work?

The period starts when you receive/collect the luggage and ends when you return it. Extensions allowed if available.

What happens if I’m late returning the luggage?

We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need a little extra time, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate if the luggage isn’t booked by another customer, and no additional charges will apply.

If there’s a confirmed booking, we’ll inform you in advance and arrange to collect the luggage on time to ensure a smooth experience for the next customer.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A refundable deposit of $50 is collected during the handover of luggage to help ensure the luggage is returned in good condition.

What are the hygiene / cleaning procedures?

Our team carries out the cleaning and disinfection between rentals.
